Installation
This tutorial will guide you through the installation and initial setup of OpenConnector.
System Requirements
Before installing OpenConnector, ensure your system meets these requirements:
- Nextcloud 20 or higher
- PHP 7.4 or higher
- MySQL/MariaDB or PostgreSQL database
- Sufficient storage space for data synchronization
Installation Steps
From the Nextcloud App Store
- Log in to your Nextcloud instance as an administrator
- Navigate to Apps
- Select the "Integration" category
- Find "OpenConnector" in the list
- Click "Install"
Manual Installation
If you prefer manual installation:
- Download the latest release from our GitHub repository
- Extract the downloaded file
- Move the extracted directory to your Nextcloud's
appsdirectory - Enable the app through Nextcloud's Apps menu
Post-Installation Setup
After installation:
- Configure basic settings
- Set up user permissions
- Configure your first connection
Verification
To verify your installation:
- Check if OpenConnector appears in your Nextcloud menu
- Access the Dashboard
